Projects Officer
Job Brief
The Projects Officer shall, amongst others, be responsible for assisting Atriga Consulting Services Ltd. to manage, on behalf of its clients, projects of different nature. These shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, administrative work related to EU funded projects (ERDF, Business Enhance, EAFRD/Rural Development, Horizon 2020 etc.).

project implementation in line with the EU and local regulations

proper implementation of all activities related to the project/s

managing procurement/recruitment processes

developing work plans
-
preparing, maintaining and keeping proper documentation and records relevant to such projects

coordinating promotional activities

monitoring the costs, time schedule and quality of the work being carried out
-
facilitating external verifications
-
undertaking any other pertinent ancillary tasks as may be required by Atriga Consulting Services Ltd.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicant should...
-
be in possession of a recognized NQF Level 6 Certificate or higher
-
preferably, have three (3) years’ work experience in EU project administration and/or assistance
-
a qualification confirming ability of the candidate to prepare accounts up to the level of a trial balance would be an asset
-
a Prince 2 or PMBOK Certification would be an asset
-
possess good time-management and presentation skills
-
be capable of reaching set targets within established timeframes
-
be task-oriented with ability to handle several on-going duties with professionalism and accuracy
-
be a person of integrity, outgoing and assertive with excellent communication (at least, Maltese and English) and interpersonal skills
